This was such a great family to work with! I’ll admit though, I was a little nervous when the mom first said… “K, doesn’t like her photos taken by anyone other than myself and cries when people try”. So when I went over to their house a few days before their session to discuss clothing, I met and played with little K for about a half hour. I learned she loves Dora the Explorer, Sesame Street, and the photo of my daughter on my keychain. I am so glad I got to meet her before, it made it so much easier when I came back for the real session! Since I knew she liked Dora, I brought a little Dora doll as my assistant. K really liked the idea of Dora taking her photos! K was so great that I had to let her keep it.
Of course I can’t forget about her awesome big brothers! They were so fun to work with and really helped me out getting K to smile. Both of them did whatever I asked and were just awesome kids. Their parents are very lucky.
